    Training blocks and deload weeks

    • Workouts now run in blocks of 4–6 weeks. Metcons get a little longer each build week, and the last week is a deload: lighter weights, fewer sets and shorter, easier metcons, so you recover and come back stronger.
    • The Week page shows where you are: "Build week 2 of 4" or "Deload week".
    • Settings → Training blocks: change the block length, start a new block, or take a deload this week.
    • Lifts from a deload week don't count toward your next weight increase.
